Readings from the Anne Frank Prison Diary

Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 7:00pm

Join us for evening of readings in which educators, actors, writers, students and ex-prisoners will read from a dozen daily diary entries written by prisoners. The Prison Diary Writing Project started in 2008 offers prisoners the opportunity to read The Diary of Anne Frank and to write their own personal diaries with the goal of educating people in order to promote the values of equality, generosity, and respect for others expressed by Anne in her diary. Following the reading, Maureen McNeil, Director of Education, Anne Frank Center USA, will lead a Q&A.

$15 General Admission. Space Limited.
